Well, this is it. It's the last day of the year. And to be honest, I'm not really looking forward to 2022, now that there's a new variant of COVID-19 since November, and I don't know when this pandemic is going to end. It feels like the Black Plague and the swine flu all over again. This year has been a total disaster for me and my family. I lost my grandma back in February, lost a friend from high school months later, I had to deal with a bunch of stuff relating to YouTube, that being privacy complaints, and a bunch of harassment and copyright claims from this one guy, and since it was my fourth year in college, I've failed three of my math classes with an F for all three semesters. I feel like math isn't really my strong suit this time, but still need to take them to get some credits in order for me to graduate. I'm taking one math class in January for a third time, and if I fail this one, well... I don't know what else to do. And I almost failed my Music Business and MIDI Electronic Arts classes with an F as well, as I had to keep resubmitting them until I got a better score for my assignments. Honestly, Pro Tools has been a pain in the neck for me to use, since I can never get the click track to work, along with adjusting the score, so that it's timed right. Last, but not least, several of my accounts have been hacked by those stupid crypto bros. First it was my Gmail and YouTube, then it was (almost) my Instagram, my EA, then my Twitter, and now my Steam. I don't know why these hackers are giving us such a hard time? This is why I had to enable 2FA and reset my passwords. I wish this hacking stuff died down, because this is not a way to end 2021. So, yeah, it hasn't been fun.

And to be honest, I haven't been posting a lot of things related to MMD lately, because truth is, I feel like I'm losing motivation. Throughout the past 9 years, I had fun using MMD to make animations, and I decided to do that as a hobby. But now, it just doesn't feel the same anymore. I wanted to come up with some ideas, but I just don't feel like doing anything anymore, which is why you barely see anything that I post with the software. And sometimes I don't feel like giving out my stuff for download, since there are a lot of people in the MMD community who are untrustworthy, that they always break the rules for models and stages, ruining everything for everyone. I think that's the reason why people make their models private, or give them to those they can fully trust. I think I'm more focused on my drawings and music, if that's the case.

But, on the bright side, at least I got both vaccinations, and I passed three of my classes for the fall semester with an A. I also learned how to make a one-sheet in Adobe Spark back in my spring semester. Hope things go well for me when I take biology and physical science this upcoming semester. I also got myself the Oculus Quest 2 for Christmas, which is awesome, and I'm loving it so far. With all that being said, thanks for reading, and have a happy new year.
